How do I manage my Point One Navigation subscription?

You can alter the number of your licenses, sign up, or cancel your subscription in the Point One Web App.

Click this link and log in to your Point One Navigation account.

Clicking on the "Account" button will take you into this screen where you can click on "Manage plan and licenses" to enter into a screen where you can manage what type and how many licenses your account is subscribed to.

Clicking on “Pay annually & Save $### yr” link will allow you to switch a monthly subscription to yearly upfront payment  for a discount.

If you no longer require the service you can use the red “Cancel plan” link near the bottom to end your subscription.

The big green “Manage # license” button takes you to a screen where you can add or even subtract the number of licenses in your subscription.

Once you have clicked the "Manage # licenses" button the app will pop up a smaller window over the other with an option to add 1 or more licenses. There is also a link to switch from adding licenses to removing licenses if you have more than one but will not need the additional licenses.

When you click the + to add a license it will pop up a screen showing you how much it will cost monthly/yearly for the subscription and showing the amount due today to add the license. Note we prorate the new license and line the renewal up to coincide with your existing licenses. 

If you are subtracting a license it will show you the new amount you will be charged at your next renewal. All licenses remain active until your next renewal date.
