How do I manage my Point One Navigation subscription?

You can alter the number of your licenses, sign up, or cancel your subscription in the Point One Web App.

Click this link and log in to your Point One Navigation account.

Click on the “Account” icon in the lower left hand corner of the screen.

The Billing section in the middle handles licenses and subscription options.
The “Subscription plan and licenses” link will take you to a page where you can sign up or modify your existing subscription. You can also change the Credit Card information by following the “Payment method” link or review your charges by following the “Billing History” link.

Clicking on “Pay annually & Save $### yr” link will allow you to switch a monthly subscription to yearly upfront payment  for a discount.

If you no longer require the service you can use the red “Cancel plan” link near the bottom to end your subscription.

The big green “Manage # license” button takes you to a screen where you can add or even subtract the number of licenses in your subscription.
