How to Setup a Bad Elf Flex Mini with Polaris RTK

A walkthrough guide on setting up your Bad Elf Flex Mini with Polaris RTK in a few simple steps.

Today we're going to show you how to set up a Bad Elf Flex Mini with the Polaris RTK network. So to get started, all we have to do is turn on the Bad Elf Flex Mini. And that's simply just done by pressing the power button on the side.

Now we're going to connect the Bad Elf Flex Mini to the Polaris RTK network. So first we have to actually connect over Bluetooth to the device and we see that happened automatically. The device itself will show that it has GNSS and by default it will be in this Autonomous (SBAS) mode.

So if we click on the corrections mode, you will see that there are a few different options here. So if you want to be able to use a very, very easy solution, you simply just click on the Point One Navigation option and then you hit connect. And you will see that instantly you are now able to connect to our network.

It doesn't get much easier than that! You want to make sure that once you're connected, that you are seeing that your nearest station is within about 50 km. In this case, we have an excellent 3.1 kilometer distance to the nearest station.

And the GNSS fix type is RTK float.
